A NYE THEATER SOIREE IN THE HEART OF WICHITA, KANSAS
WICHITA, KANSAS
Trading in the NYC’s ball drop for wheat fields, Kelly and Mark were married close to home in Wichita, KS. A Freemason temple erected in 1883 turned music venue held their guests and dance floor as they counted the hours till midnight. With much of the temple still in tact, Kelly and Mark honored the celestial wallpapers, red carpeting and stained glass by creating a color palette of rouge and gold. And ostrich feathers? Well, you can’t have too many. Local drag queens descended the stairs at midnight singing “We are Family” as a bar cart of burgers and fries got pushed around the pyrotechnic dance floor. Here comes the jackpot question in advance… What are you doing New Year’s Eve?
